Meet Bravo Site Works

Milton Bravo

Milton Bravo, Bravo Site Works co-founder, has worked in the Southwest Florida for over 20 years, delivering quality infrastructure improvements to new construction projects across the region including Ave Maria, Fort Myers International Airport Expansion (RSW), and most recently at Babcock Ranch. In total, Milton has lead the dry utility installation at over 40 communities. Combined Milton has installed in excess of a hundred miles of underground utility infrastructure. In addition to installing conduit and electrical infrastructure, his expertise includes telecom fiber installation, low voltage roadway lighting, traffic signal, signage, and most FDOT work. Milton oversees all operations from planning to completion.

Zach Davis

Mr. Davis’ career began in the vibrant construction early years in Naples. After technical training in electrical installation and industrial technology, he moved to Naples during the high-rise construction boom of the early 80’s. The following decades in Southwest Florida gave him opportunities to expand experiences including commercial construction, remodel, and build-out electrical installations. Custom design/build power distribution and lighting created opportunities to contract for entertainment for local hotels and music events. Stories of meeting Charlie Daniels and President Bush, Sr. will spill out if he is prompted. It was a great time to be a small business owner. The span of early years opened doors for creative design and installations for county and city governments, rising developers and homeowners. Mr. Davis gained the respect of all who knew his work.

His decision to complete college came mid-career during 1994-98. He obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing & Management at the University of North Carolina-Asheville. Adding industrial and medical facilities to his experiences he contracted part time electrical jobs under his NC State Electrical License to help finance college. Since college, he expanded his licensing up to five states and currently continues to contract in Florida, Georgia, and North Carolina.

In 2016 he returned to Florida to be the licensed qualifier and master electrician for American Infrastructure Services, Inc (AIS) of Fort Myers for 5.5 years. Responsibilities included permitting, service design, lighting installations, telecommunications, and security system installations. He accepted an invitation to become a partner in the newly emerging firm Bravo Site Works in September 2021. The talents and experience within the company promise great potentials for growth in lighting systems, power distribution, underground utilities, and residential/commercial generator installations. His career and his joy in it continue to expand.

Bravo Site Works

Bravo Site Works stands as your premier choice for comprehensive underground utility services for new commercial and residential construction projects. With years of industry expertise and an unwavering commitment to excellence, we offer a diverse range of services tailored to meet your project needs.

Our company operates with three specialized divisions: Site Works, Fiber, and Power.

Under our Site Works Division, we excel in providing wet underground utility services, including sewer, water, and drain systems, along with earthwork solutions such as land clearing, grading, and paving. Whether it's preparing the site for construction or installing critical utility infrastructure, our experienced team ensures the job is done efficiently and to the highest standards.

Bravo Power Division specializes in the installation of primary and secondary electrical conduit, complementing our comprehensive suite of services. With three full-time crews operating, Bravo Power installs approximately 3 miles of conduit every week. By offering concurrent installation of electrical conduit alongside other utility infrastructure, we streamline the construction process, saving time and reducing disruptions. Additionally, our Power Division provides low voltage power services, including street lighting, enhancing the safety and functionality of your project environment.

Bravo Power is recognized for its expertise in meeting the stringent installation requirements of local utilities, including FPL (Florida Power & Light), PRECO (Peace River Electric Cooperative), and LCEC (Lee County Electric Cooperative). Our commitment to adherence to these standards ensures that your project is completed safely and in compliance with all regulatory guidelines.

Bravo Fiber Division offers a comprehensive suite of services to support modern telecommunications needs. Our expert team installs conduit, sets communication handholes, pulls fiber optic cables, splices fiber, installs NIDs (Network Interface Devices), sets homeruns, and provides emergency repair services. From routine installations to urgent repairs, we utilize advanced techniques including pneumatic and directional boring to ensure minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.

Moreover, Bravo Site Works is uniquely positioned to install both wet and dry utilities, a capability that is uncommon in the industry. Traditional site contractors often focus solely on earthworks and wet utilities, neglecting dry utilities (such as power, communication, and low voltage), which can result in protracted building schedules and damages to newly installed infrastructure by different trades. Our integrated approach ensures seamless coordination and efficient installation, saving you time, minimizes potential risks and reduces the number of subcontractors you need to interact with.

We are proud to be both state-licensed electrical and underground utility and excavation contractors, ensuring that our work meets the highest standards of safety and compliance.

At Bravo Site Works, we pride ourselves on delivering unmatched expertise, professionalism, and integrity across all divisions. Whether you're undertaking a large-scale commercial development or a residential construction project, you can trust us to provide efficient, reliable, and high-quality solutions tailored to your specific requirements. Contact us today to discuss how we can bring your vision to life.
